ESL Learners’ Qualitative Perspective on Learner-to-Instructor Interaction in Blended Environment

English language proficiency exceptionally verbal communication is essential in achieving Sustainable Development Goal four, which a good quality higher education. Nevertheless, past literature reported lack of among the graduates as second language. Due to emphasis on technology integration Malaysian Education Blueprint 2015-2025, blended learning has been widely implemented most tertiary institutions. However, learners complain they face challenges during learning, particularly learner-to-instructor interaction environment. Therefore, this study explores learners’ opinions regarding for The result research substantial instructors, curriculum designers, and input provides information understand phenomenon in-depth suggestions improve problems question intends answer “What are informants’ environment?”.This employed qualitative inquiry, phenomenological design, data was collected through semi-structured interviews, written accounts, focus group discussion. then analyzed using thematic analysis. findings revealed two significant themes related phenomenon: roles instructor issues well six sub-themes. Future studies might consider including instructors obtain different perspectives.
